We are actively looking for:
- Translators that are fluent in both Japanese and English
- QC’ers that are fluent enough in Japanese to be able to spot translation errors
Other help that we aren’t actively looking for at this time, but check in if you’re particularly enthusiastic and/or apt at a particular job:
- Editors: check the translation for any grammar mistakes
- QC’ers: quality check on final scripts for translation, timing, grammar, etc.
- Uploader: upload the anime to YouTube, Veoh, etc.
If interested in any of these positions, please contact me at: rouge_amarantine@hotmail.com
and/or contact Refraction at: eclipsed.melon -at- gmail (dot) com
Howdy! ^.^
I’d like to help you as an uploader.
Well if you’re intressted just contact me.
Hi! =)
I’d like to help you out by proof-reading. Please consider and let me know if you’re interested.
@innocence__
we don’t need a proof-reader right now, because we assign proof-readers to translators. If we ever get a translator, and if you are still interested, i will let you know!
Are you sure you don’t need proof-readers? I don’t want to nag, but I find a mistake in ep 4 about every third line, and it’s driving me crazy >_<
@refraction
lol
ive read your mail, and is currently asking the staff
sorry for so much mistakes!!!!
I adore kokumono to bits and will be happy to help out a bit now and then with tl to spread the kokumono love. But I really have a lot on my hands, so I dunno if I would be much help. If a “cat’s paw” is ok by you, count me in.=))
Not to spam here… I can’t translate or sub well enough for you, but I wanted to say in a less crowded place that I appreciated your work. I’ll be your cheering section
lol. Not that it helps much.
I hope you find translators and subbers soon. Keep up the good work and don’t let the complainers get to you, please.
I found the script for ep 8

Greetings,
I would not mind being a QC’er, as I know that sometimes mistakes make it past a proof reader. As a teacher in the US I think that I’m qualified to check and double check the written word. I’m an avid anime fan, and think that helping with one of my passions would be wonderful. As with Refraction, I have noticed several mistakes that are commonly found in anime that have subbers and proofreaders that are not native English speakers. OR, as it may be speakers of English that are still in high school or perhaps starting college. Once they surpass this stage, they will notice more and more the mistakes I commonly see in fan subbed anime.
However….I LOVE the fact that you are subbing this, as it gives me the ability to not have to think back to my Japanese classes since I have yet to become fluent in Japanese. That is next on my list…once I get back from Japan in a few weeks.
Many thanks again for subbing! I’d also help with subbing into the anime…if I had the programs to do so.
@amatite
are you still up to for the proof-reading?
Hi! I would love to be a quality-checker! I’ve been watching anime 4 a long time- so I’ll be good at seeing if there r any mistakes. So if anyone quits please let me take their place! ^.^
*nods* Of course I’m up for proof reading
I’ve not had many projects for the fan group that I do editing and cleaning for on Manga lately.
Depending on when will depend on how fast I get things back, as I will be in Japan starting the 26th through the 4th. However, if I get things today I should be able to get them back to you in the morning tomorrow, as I work tonight and have free time.
e-mail me at hoaki_chan@yahoo.com
@tessa2day
we take people who can hear Japanese and understand, because QCs also check to see if what the character are saying matches the subs
hi, i’d like to help out with proof-reading too, if you guys need any extras. and thanks for subbing SM!!
hi!! i just wanna ask about the episodes.. how long does it normally take for 1 episode release?? i cant wait for the nest episode =)
Hi, I’m wondering if you are still looking for QC’ers. I would love to help in any way I can to spread the love of Saimono, but the way I am now, I can only help with quality-checking. Years of watching subbed anime has taught me basic Japanese grammar structure and made me quite good at understanding spoken Japanese. I am also taking Japanese classes at the moment, which would further help my comprehension skills. I am still in high school, but being a native English speaker, I believe I am still relatively competent in checking the subs.
And I would like to take this chance to give a giant THANK YOU (~!♥) to this group for subbing Saimono. =D
Heyas.. I’m actually low on projects right now, and thus, I’m offering up my help to groups that seem to have the right idea when it comes to fansubbing.
First, I can offer a 100mbit seeding option.. something I noticed, is that there’s never really any seeds on the torrents..
Second, I’m a skilled/qualified QCer/TL checker, timer and editor/proofreader.
So if you ever need assistance with these things, feel free to let me know. ^_^
Hi people,
I’m Japanese, living in Germany but my english isn’t too bad as long as I don’t have to speak. So, I could help out a bit by translating for I can’t wait to see the next episodes; the big BUT is that I just don’t get how to use IRC…-.-°
I guess you guys do use that thing… well, tell me if you want me, any case I will support you by watching °.^
@leha
if you are still interested, please let me know at rouge_amarantine@hotmail.com

if you are still interested, please contact me at
rouge_amarantine@hotmail.com
Hi there,
Im not sure how useful I can be at editing, etc, but I would be very happy to translate if you have use for another translator.
Im English (UK), living in Japan and am near enough fluent in Japanese.
I really want to be a translator and helping on a fansub project is great practice for me if you’ll have me
Jamie
whell actually i am not so much interested in any of the rquired jobs here because i cant do any of them
but if i could whould i really hrlp ya guys but have you 4-clover asked the other fs groups who are currently trying to sub Saiunkoku s2 right know if it whouldnt be best if you guys merged 2 1 whole new group … there is c1, ssfs, saitei and kikyo88 (maybe kikyo88 isnt an fs group but atleast have you wondered about this?)
i would like to help as a proof-reader. if you still need a hand, i’m willing to help. ^^,
@kyuurinchan
thanks for offereing, but we do not need a proof-reader right now. but there might be a time when we would need a proof-reader, so until then, you can just relax and watch the episodes.
You guys still in need of QC’ers?
I know this is really late, but if ever you need another QC or proofreader, lemme know.
Thanks for subbing SM!!
I can do timing, encoding and karaoke.
@dream
really? I’ll ask our staff member to see if you can join.
Yes, I have send rouge_amarantine@hotmail.com an email regarding my interests in joining, and what are the things I can help.
Hey 4clovers, I’ve downloaded all the raws to epi13-14 also 21-36. I will obtain the raws between epi 15-20. I can start fansubbing anytime.
Sorry 4clovers, I’m afraid I will withraw from helping you guys. Firstly, it’s not the ideal pace of fansubbing it. Secondly, SSF episode 11 “release” just never comes, it lacks commitment in my opinion. Basically, I can complete timing and encoding within a day or two, I don’t see why it need almost a month to release it. “Busy” is one thing, but commitment is another. Thanks for the offer anyway.
I’d like to help have a translation book can translate the words if I hear them. Give me shout.
